Services
My work is integrative, collaborative, and grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual understanding of human experience. I believe our emotional well-being is shaped by many interconnected factors—including our relationships, lived experiences, our bodies, the communities we belong to, and the broader systems that influence our lives. Grounded in a liberatory, justice-oriented perspective, I strive to honor both individual healing and the contexts that influence well-being. Together, we'll consider the whole of your experience rather than focusing only on symptoms.
To support this work, I draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic approaches. Rather than fitting you into a particular model, I use these approaches flexibly to support your goals, strengths, and values.

You might feel at home here if:
You care deeply about others but struggle to extend that same care to yourself.
You think deeply, feely deeply, and want space to make sense of your experiences without being rushed toward quick solutions.
You want a therapist who can hold both your personal story and the broader relationships, communities, and systems that shape your life.
What is a therapy session like with me?
Sessions with me are collaborative, conversational, and paced according to your needs. Some days we’ll focus on understanding patterns or processing difficult experiences. Other days we may practice new skills, explore values, or simply make room for emotions that haven't had room to breathe.
My goal is to help you reconnect with your capacity for healing, cultivate a greater sense of agency, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.
What is most personal is most universal.
- Carl Rogers
Therapy can be a place to slow down, listen more closely to yourself, make space for what has been pushed aside, and begin to reconnect. I offer compassionate, empathetic, and attuned care grounded in a collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together we will create a space where we can explore your experiences with care, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience.
The space we create will grow your capacity to stay present AND move toward what matters most to you. I believe that even in the midst of pain, it’s possible to cultivate meaning, clarity, and a deeper connection to your values. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, gently making space for what feels difficult while also noticing what brings meaning, grounding, and possibility.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out—we can start wherever you are.
